本機采用直線式灌裝方式，瓶子經(jīng)由輸送帶送入灌裝頭下，當(dāng)探頭自動檢測到瓶子后，灌裝頭下降進(jìn)行灌裝，而瓶蓋輸送軌道將蓋子送至掛蓋工位，由旋蓋頭進(jìn)行旋蓋工作。更換零件方便快捷，具有無蓋、無瓶不旋蓋的功能。此機主要適用于礦泉水、果汁飲料、油類、酒類等的灌裝旋蓋。
