Each of them has added its own stone to the estate’s success. The estate lies in the heart of the Medoc peninsula in Begadan, and benefits from exceptionnal conditions: a temperate climate, excellent gravel and coarse sand, with the traditional varieties of the Médoc: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and in a lesser extent, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. It is this extraordinary natural potential that Maryse and Didier Roba strives to optimise, harvest by harvest, in order to achieve the fullest expression of the terroir through traditional wine-growing techniques and winemaking methods adapted each year to the individuality of each vintage. Maryse and Didier Roba have chosen to celebrate an eternal marriage: between art and wine. In fact, they work with artists in order to elaborate labels and brochures.
